We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your clothing order under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5-10 days of delivery 

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks, and sale/clearance items cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a handling fee.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Return Shipping

• Customer’s responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

• Store’s responsibility: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no cost.
